The staff is not friendly, if you really have to consul first before ordering, it should be information on the reservation time via wa, it is written that I have the information I want to order via traveloka and I also order not short on time, reservation first but get chaotic service. Where are the staff if they speak impolite, shouting curtly and harshly, the hair results are also not what you want, the salon should understand or there is another solution so that the results are as I expected, not directly pointing it can't. But yeah, I hope it will be all right. This is my second time, the first time I came here did not disappoint, only this time I was just disappointed.

Saya reservasi untuk jam 14.30. Saya datang tepat waktu, tapi saya tetap baru bisa dilayani 1 jam kemudian, katanya karena kapsternya masih melayani customer lain. Ruang tunggu tak ada bacaan, tak ada minuman, padahal saya harus menunggu 1 jam. Di voucher tertera servis termasuk Hair Wash. Ketika saya akhirnya dilayani, kapster tidak tahu bahwa servis sudah termasuk Hair Wash. Untung akhirnya saya mengingatkan. Tak apa, ini kunjungan saya yang pertama kali, dan terakhir kali juga.
