Friendly barber, very professional because he is experienced

The haircut here really disappointed me, including the unprofessional or careless barbers. They should have been replaced, because a barbershop can't master it. Even though from the beginning I was told the model, but the barber didn't cut it properly. Then when exchanging the voucher, they should have asked what the packages were, but they didn't immediately tell me to sit down, they just cut it for a while and didn't wash it even though I wanted to tell them the package would include shampooing. This really disappointed me
