We came late to our appointment and the staff were very understanding and still gave us the full 2 hours spa we paid for. The room is very relaxing. My husband said he felt very smooth on his skin after the boreh spa we did. Definitely a great experience.

The room smell’s like mold and a the shower was dirty. The massage was ok,hospitality 100/10 :) definitely not the best but would come again!

It was such a good massage, as always. Only several recommendations for the Wolas to improve, please add water heater for shower in spa room and to reduce the temp of AC, it was freezing :)

The people are very considerate and the service is great.

They name it The Wolas SPA, means they are confident enough about what they are doing. Unfortunately, the massage didn't meet my expectation. I booked an aromatherapy massage but smell nothing. The head rest bed was too hard, the music was too loud, and served a cup of Sariwangi tea. Sorry, but I don't think this place suits its name. Gladly I bought this at a discounted price. I didn't even bother to take a picture since everything feels bland and so so

The spa is not satisfying this time, the rain shower doesn't flow full, the jacuzzi isn't tight, the water isn't warm, it's too hot, making it uncomfortable to soak. feel a bit long in the sauna. the staff is not friendly and in a hurry. not enjoying

Went to the Wolas last few years ago, back there a few days ago for Balinese massage, it was great! Loved the place, quiet and massage was really nice. The staff also very friendly. Thank you!

The redeem process is very easy, just come and show the booking in the application and it can be processed immediately. The room has 2 beds, so if you order 2 you can go together. We ordered the beauty spa, there was a full body massage, traditional body scrub and a Jacuzzi. The ginger tea is quite sweet in my opinion. Overall an okay experience, the staff is also friendly and professional.

The pijeten is delicious, it doesn't take long, maybe next may take a full body massage for 120 minutes.

After being tired in Nusa Penida, you can finally relax and enjoy a spa in Bali. it feels very pleasant, the health protocols at Wolas Spa are also guaranteed, the room is kept clean and the staff on duty are very friendly. Drinks are also provided after the spa, thank youuu.
