Everything’s going great, I arrived early, but one of the staff called his colleague to come back... I redeemed the voucher after the massage because nobody at the front desk... the annoying thing was only the loud snoring from the other guest... which there was nothing they can do.

the atmosphere is not good, the ambience is lacking... but the therapists are okay... the service maybe should smile more times when registering. the length of time the massage was right...no less than the order.

We usually get treatment at another meiso branch, this is the first time we have tried it at the newly opened meiso PIK. Maybe it's because they just opened so they aren't ready or that's how the atmosphere and service are. We paid for the treatment for a duration of 90 minutes but only 70 minutes the treatment had been stopped, we did not complain because the massage technique was also not good and fit for us. But it's disappointing because apart from the lack of massage techniques, they also cheat the duration.
