Smooth transaction with their reservation staff via Whatsapp, using the voucher I purchased here. Was able to reserve a good time, they are responsive. Service is good. you will feel relaxed and pampered. Voucher redemption took some time but not a big deal. Facility is small but just enough space to not feel crowded.

Everything's a great! Wonderful Spa experience here in Jaens Spa Shanti Ubud. Friendly & professional staffs, great therapists & overall 10/10. Would go there again when I visit Bali 😊

Service is excellent, the therapist skill’s superb beyond my expectation. However, they are having some renovation at second floor, so it was a bit noisy.

My friend and I did the 5.5-hour Jaens Spa package. I've never felt so pampered in my life! Everything was amazing: the foot scrub and massage, the body scrub and massage, the bath in flower petals, the hair mask, the facial... all of it! We were also served delicious ginger tea and snacks throughout. I can't recommend this place highly enough. And what's better is that it was just a few minutes away on foot from the resort we were staying at in Ubud: the Arma Museum & Resort.
