My first treatment experience at Dermies Max, and I tried the BlokM Plaza branch. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and explained how to do self-care: cleanse my face and take a photo. I then went straight to the treatment room. The room was clean, comfortable, and the therapist and doctor were very friendly and helpful. There was only one thing that was lacking: when I tried to make a reservation by phone, the number was inactive, and other numbers I tried were not answered at all, making it difficult to make a reservation. Finally, I tried DMing Dermies' Instagram and they helped me make a reservation at the branch.

Booking Aqua Fresh Facial H-1, I also chatted on WA beforehand, but when I arrived, my position was ready in the new room, I was told that one of the serums was out of stock. The therapist said that the facial was replaced with a "more economical" package even though I had already paid in advance on Traveloka, so sad :"

I want to go back for treatment again, can't wait hehehe

Comfortable atmosphere, the doctor who served me was very thorough and friendly so that it made me feel comfortable.

Very noisy, inside the room the staff's actions are very gossipy, and the front office is not very helpful. Very different from the Aeon BSD branch.

The best mountain doctor is very informative and detailed, the therapist staff are also super helpful, for reviews related to the rude frontliner, I personally didn't find a rude one, the sister is really nice, but the downside is yesterday there was a miscommunication in the admin section about the doctor's schedule so I had to wait 1.5 hours but fortunately the doctor was really that pleasant so it was worth my wait😊⛅️
