In my opinion, the female therapists here are more picky (maybe they are afraid of not being given tips/afraid of being given small tips) so the service takes a long time and you get a female therapist who seems to have no energy, is weak and has no enthusiasm 🥲

There are no partitions between customers, and the room was very bright (no curtains from the hallway lights) there was no ambient music, listened to the mall's electronic dance music throughout my massage. Not relaxing at all and the massage therapist doesn't listen to pressure requests, kept using her nails to dig in. I had bruises the next day. Not as good as this place was pre-pandemic.

Too much waiting, I had to wait for 1 hour or more because I should re-schedule and the therapist isn't ready yet when I come, so I had to wait for 40minutes more and the therapist's attitude is bad.

The therapist is OK, right... I just don't like the receptionist Meiso (any Meiso store) if there's a refusal, it's never polite like that... There's never been a greeting in front *sorry sis, we...* but always * oh if at that hour we are full sis* with a tone like the PP Satpol. Rich, nicely communication is important. Moreover, they are frontliners. For the therapist and ambience, everything is full ok. Maybe the management can be evaluated for the receptionists.

The place is comfortable, the service is maximum. Came according to the selected hour, immediately recorded and immediately escorted inside for reflection, it didn't take long

for the therapist the massage skills need to be improved, the massage is like random and has no taste

Meiso is the ultimate best reflexology I have experienced by far, therapist were fully skilled. Would definitely go back next time.
