Quick purchase, easy to find the ticket exchange, very quick exchange process, only a few minutes. The waiting area is at Pier 2 in the middle of the water music floor. Seating position is not selected but quite nice. Food is okay and music is good. The next train goes a bit fast.

Everything is ok, the singer is willing to interact with the guests.

Ticket exchange was easy, crowded but still conducive when entering the cruise, the food tasted ordinary, but quite satisfying eating salmon and beef. Right at the location, there was another travel group that made the atmosphere even more lively, there was a live music venue, they sang and danced together.

This is the best buy, the staff is very friendly when the ship arrives, they greet you, then all you can eat, the food is also delicious. Very recommended, guys 🫶🏻

the queue to enter was not orderly, even though inside the ship we were given table numbers. when it rained there so we couldn't freely enjoy the view.. for the food overall it was just B, only the ambiance inside the ship was okay (live music, ship service staff)

The upper deck is definitely the better choice — it’s open-air, offering a more enjoyable atmosphere and great views of the river. The buffet has a decent variety of options. While the food isn’t outstanding, it’s not bad either — just enough to satisfy. They also have a live band, though the singing could be better! I didn’t enjoy the lower deck as much. It’s enclosed with no open-air space, and the queuing system felt a bit messy and disorganized. If you’re looking for a luxurious and quiet experience where you can relax or have a proper conversation, this cruise might not be the right choice. It’s more suitable for those who enjoy a casual, lively river cruise with music and decent food.
