I recently visited Moonlite and had a mixed experience that I feel is worth sharing. Let’s start with the positives: the staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles, and the servers were attentive throughout the meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and even gave great recommendations. The food quality was also decent—nothing extraordinary, but definitely satisfying and worth the price. The dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and served in good portions. However, there were a couple of significant downsides that impacted my overall experience. First, the restaurant does not have its own parking space for cars. This was a major inconvenience, especially since the area around the restaurant is quite busy. I had to drive around for a while to find a spot, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the security personnel at the restaurant seemed completely indifferent to the parking situation. They were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about assisting customers with parking or providing any guidance. Their lack of concern was disappointing and added unnecessary stress to the visit. In summary, while the food and service inside the restaurant were pleasant, the lack of parking and the unhelpful attitude of the security staff really detracted from the experience. If you’re planning to visit, I’d recommend using ride-hailing services or public transport to avoid the parking hassle. Hopefully, the restaurant can address these issues in the future to improve the overall customer experience.
