In my opinion, Kidcity Depok is very worthwhile, it's just that the access may be what makes it unpopular

Kidcity in Transmart Depok is different from a few years ago, currently the atmosphere is very quiet even on Sundays, many toys are starting to get dusty and start to make noise when moving. Hopefully there will be improvements in both promotions to invite people to come or equipment maintenance so that unwanted things don't happen.

Actually the process of redeeming the voucher is not complicated. Just waiting for the staff for 10 minutes to be able to redeem the voucher. Then there are many toys that can't be used. Almost 5 toys that my child wants to ride. It says engine error. Very disappointed. Plus the staff is polite.
