Buying tickets for Traveloka is cheaper than on the spot directly, I happened to try the 1 day one, the kids were satisfied playing, when hungry just go out and cross the street there is a food court, the employees are friendly and nice, the place is clean, if you want to play it's best to go in the morning so it's still quiet, the later it gets towards the afternoon the more crowded it is at Kidzoona, thank you Traveloka and Kidzoona

We came at c. 7 pm and the staff are friendly. She even advised us which ticket to purchase via app. The playground is mostly safe for children to play as long as they have their parents to watch them. So far the experience was 👍.
