purchasing on the app is quite easy, exchanging at the timezone counter is also easy. just show the barcode to the staff and it will be processed. happened to be there on a weekday. so there was no queue. there are several new machines. but unfortunately the "pump it" is not updated & the footrest is broken/the sensor needs to be repaired. please fix it.

The promo is great, it's a shame the benefits on the Timezone card aren't increased.
