There are lots of games, the kids are happy, the service is friendly and fast.

Strategic location in the middle of the city, the mall is very complete, almost all brands and public services are available, the mall parking can also accept e-money, although the kidcity is not too big but it is quite good.

Many of the toys at TSM are broken, not functioning properly, even many of the claw machines don't work. The dolls are ugly... I only played for a while and then the rest I played at Transmart Buah Batu, but there were also many machines that were broken. But it's better because there are other rides that can be played

There are no free rides. The situation is sad when compared to the splendor of Trans Studio next door. Even compared to other kids cities, the place is in a corner, hot, small, there are few choices of toys, and many of the games are dead.

The only childcare place in TSM, every time I go to TSM I always end up at Kidcity. In the past, there were a lot of broken toys, but now quite a lot have been fixed. The toys that are exchanged are also more varied. That's how it should be, it's the only playground in the mall, it should be super complete so that consumers are satisfied. Maintenance of the toys is also mandatory so that they don't get damaged every now and then!
