unprofessional at the time of ticket exchange..do you have to wait for the salesperson to redeem it like that.. The cashier or the person in front should be able to use their own computer..not us who have to wait for the salesperson to come and take a photo of our code and then write it down..I'm still not tech-savvy when buying at Traveloka like this.. Just know enough about buying through Traveloka.
