Overall, booking through the app is good and recommended. Unfortunately, the Redeem exchange process from Transstudio is very bad, the service staff is incompetent so that the Redeem process takes almost 1 hour. This happens over and over again, I have redeemed tickets 3 times at the same location but the service staff is not expert so that every Redeem must be patient to wait. Things like this make me and my family lazy to top up through the application.
