My child is currently 7 months old, I didn't know that children under 1 year old tickets are free. because I had already bought 2 packages on traveloka, the cashier didn't tell me that children under 1 year old were free, so there was no way out given, so my 7-month-old child was still counted as 1 package. nb: 1 more package for my nephew, 1 package for my 7-month-old child. when using the ticket bracelet, the officer asked my child's age, then was told that next time my child if he was still under 1 year old would be free to enter. I was a little disappointed that there was no follow-up for the package that I had already bought, but my negligence also didn't know the information, it's not bad, I could still save 1 package if it was followed up.
