we went there when the water level was low... we saw no fish below the boat (although we met some exciting crabs on the shore). other than that, the experience at the Penyu Island was good and memorable. the guides there were friendly and happy.

For the Service Provided in my opinion Very good, when our order was immediately directed to the TEAM in the field, accompanied by the listed map, after arriving we were immediately given directions regarding safety and rules that must be followed after that the boat driver accompanied us in a friendly manner, until the TKP was also awaited by the guide again on the turtle island one message I have if offered a photo "reject it politely because the ending we do not feel good if we do not buy and the guide does not charge a rate but the impression is asking for sure because his words are repeated many times, so prepare the exact money 20 thousand to 50 thousand to give a TIP to the Guide and Overall Recommended if you go to Bali Again

Ticket exchange tends to be slow because the staff is too busy with the many guests. The boat trip is quite enjoyable but the captain of the boat is silent without giving any narrative. Upon arrival at the turtle island, we were immediately greeted by a guide who after telling a little story then asked for a donation in a fairly large amount (he said the amount was determined by management). Beautiful tourism but mixed with requests for donations makes the visit feel mixed.

It was a really nice experience for our kids to see the Turtle Sanctuary and we even decided to adopt a turtle to release into the sea. The guides were very friendly. One tip is to check in advance the quality of the ocean water first prior to going otherwise it will be murky especially after rainfall. Also go in the morning when the water is deeper otherwise you will need to walk to the shore quite a distance. Overall a good experience for us. Thank you.

redeeming the ticket is quite easy. there is an additional fee, if I'm not mistaken 10k/person. cash only. but I forgot what for here all water sports are provided, including walking on the seabed. start from 600k if I'm not mistaken. others like banana boat start at 100k, cmiiw for glass bottom, just get on the boat. later directed to a point where you can feed the fish. later given bread. it's just a shame when you get there because there are many ships on the right and left so the boat rocks quite hard making you nervous LOL on the turtle island there is also a guide, so don't forget to prepare cash for the guide's services. there is a photographer who if the photos are printed, it is very pricey. around 200/300k. bismillah the intention is indeed for the conservation of the turtles. and you can also feed the turtles, using seaweed. a bucket costs 100k. bismillah the intention is also for the conservation of the turtles. besides that, there is also turtle adoption. so this adoption is not to be taken home, but to be released. the price starts at 1.5 million. later you will get a certificate. you can also choose the turtles that are released yourself. later you will release them when you walk back to the original place there are stalls for snacks too. and there are toilets overall this is good, recommended

the ticket exchange process is very simple and easy when we arrive at the glass bottom boat, what is disappointing is that after arriving at Turtle Island and being guided by the local guide, and being introduced to the types of turtles and other animals there, the last words that came out of the guide said that he no longer receives a salary from the government, meaning he asked us for a tip in a subtle way, then after we wanted to go back we were directed to the photo printer, then guided again to stop by a stall on the island at least so that we could drink the coconut they sell, after that we were picked up by the glass boat driver and said that he did not receive a salary from his company and indirectly asked us for a tip again, like being extorted in a subtle way by them, it was really disappointing to go there again...!!!

Great tour and informative. It’s sad to see such conservation attempt is not funded by goverment and they have to do self funding

First time trying a glass bottom boat... the boat ride took quite a long time so I was satisfied... I thought about it for a while... the boat only had the three of us in it... so it felt private... but the one that wasn't quite right on Turtle Island... we got a turtle nursery that wasn't enough... the turtle pond was 1 cm in size... then there were a few turtles... different from last month, we went to the turtle hatchery next time... at Mon Cot... there were really lots of turtles... you could also feed the turtles... and the guide was good and didn't rush us... it was different from the one we went to now... my son also wanted to enjoy being held. Turtles and snakes, told to move and look at other animals... even though my child just wants to play with turtles and snakes... but the good thing is that here the photographers take lots of photos for us... so there are lots of photos to print...

an exciting experience with children to find out about the survival of various kinds of turtles ... there are also other animals ... it's just a shame that on the island there are those who take photos using a DSLR camera and if you want to print, you pay 150 thousand.

When we arrived at the ticket booth, we’re not being served immediately, have to wait for 20 min. We paid for the sanctuary donation in the ticket booth but in the island you will be asked to give donation again and buy photo from the photographer. Boat is clean but we’re not given any life vest. Overall it’s a good trip, recommended for children and animal lovers.

Best price using BUANGET! The cheapest price but the service can be pitted! Very friendly! So sad during this pandemic, there are very few visitors. I hope you can recover soon! Thank you sir for providing the best service for us
