Everything is on time. starting to be picked up at the inn and leaving for the climb at 4 in the morning. informative guide and complete equipment. In fact, the information on transportation to Banyuwangi was greatly assisted

Tour agent requested additional charge. 600K for 2pax. Even though in the web clearly mention, 1. Indonesia Nationals- Kitas Holder as same group, charge admission fee 150K*2(while Indonesia Nationals 50K) 2. Bluefire is in the itiniary but on arrival Paltuding, requested additional charge 150K*2 for bluefire tour. Man from Agent forced us to pay with take it or leave attitude (blue fire must pay, if you don’t pay you don’t get to see it) and asked for pay in the back. If really need additional charge, I urge you to change itinerary. And clearly mention for additional charge. *Tour itself was good, tour guide was nice. Agen tur meminta biaya tambahan. 600K untuk 2 orang. Padahal di web disebutkan dengan jelas, 1. Walaupun Warga Negara Indonesia- Pemegang Kitas sebagai rombongan yang sama, dikenakan biaya masuk 150K*2 (sementara Warga Negara Indonesia 50K) 2. Bluefire ada di itiniary tapi setibanya di Paltuding, minta tambahan biaya 150K*2 untuk bluefire tour. Pria dari Agen memaksa kami untuk membayar dengan sikap ambil atau pergi (blue fire harus membayar, jika Anda tidak membayar Anda tidak dapat melihatnya) dan meminta pembayaran di belakang. Jika benar-benar membutuhkan biaya tambahan, saya mendorong Anda untuk mengubah rencana perjalanan. Dan sebutkan dengan jelas untuk biaya tambahan. * Tur itu sendiri bagus, pemandu wisatanya baik.

Confirmation schedule 1 day before. Picked up ontime, mask and flashlight facilities are quite good, trekking accompanied by a guide who is cool and understands the terrain. Great service with affordable prices. Best of luck, bro!

Saya sangat kecewa dengan tur guide yg begitu tidak sabaran... Sampai saya 1 keluarga dan ada 2 orang kakak dan adik memisahkan diri dari rombongan. Guide sangat tidak membantu dan hanya mementingkan rombongan turis internasional... Benar-benar pengalaman tidak mengasikan buat kami... dan berakhir dengan ngomel-ngomel dan marah-marah ke guidenya

The route down to the blue fire was very challenging and it was very crowded. I would suggest taking the trip on weekdays instead of on the weekend.

Super keren... mesennya pas lagi dikereta 1 hari sebelom hari H dan nggak kurang 1 jam setelah mesen sudah dihubungi pihak tour untuk konfirmasi pemesanan... tour guidenya helpful banget, terus asyik banget orgnya. Thanks udah bantuin ambil foto soalnya hp keburu mati.. oh ya, pas di Ijen ternyata udaranya dingin banget .. tapi dont worry ada penyewaan jaket bayar 50rb.. sebelum ke ijen jangan lupa olahraga ya biar kuat pas disana
