amazing experience driven by an experienced driver & the e-ticket exchange process was very easy

The schedule is not good. I ordered 3 vehicles for my family (wife, children, son-in-law and grandchildren) scheduled for 10am but didn't get the vehicle until 11am because every vehicle that arrived was given directly to those who came and should have been held first to be collected, except for the 3 vehicles for my family that I had been waiting for and booked for more than a week in advance.
