"Slightly below expectation" is what I can give as a review. The tour guide was always in a hurry, rushing us to take photos and finish quickly on each destination. He also walked very fast often leaving the guests behind instead of guiding the group. He also couldn't communicate clearly when offering the alternative decision when the "Crystal Beach" destination was closed, leaving the guests in questions. The quality of the car provided and how reckless the driver drove the car just made the experience even worse.

The location staff are very friendly, kind, and very attentive, it's just a shame that the transportation is a bit smelly so I get motion sickness and dizzy but it's okay, everything is paid off with the service, next trip I'll go to West Nusa Penida again yesterday I couldn't do it again because I got motion sickness 🤭

Thank you Kadek & Holy Hills. Kadek, a native of Nusa Penida, a reliable and agile tour guide. When accompanying us to explore Pasih Uug & Angel Billabong, he quickly helped treat my husband's toes whose sandals accidentally came off and got scratched by the coral. Do appreciate it, Kadek. At Pasih Klingking, Kadek patiently queued for photo spots and became our photographer. The photos & videos he took were beautiful and instagrammable. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay long at Crystal Bay. With Kadek's help, we were able to return to Sanur an hour earlier than the scheduled return. Recommended trip to Nusa Penida with Kadek & Holy Hills, although short but memorable.

Pick up from hotel was on time. Sanur Harbour were very busy yet our guide managed to get us the fast boat tickets promptly and sent us to the boat straightaway. Once on the island, it was not difficult to find the other driver/tourguide and he already planned our day trip efficiently. We had a great day, it was very busy in Nusa Penida, but we got to see all the beautiful views, took some memorable pictures. I would highly recommend to take private tour to Nusa Penida, you will save time by alot.

The staff and driver are friendly, the downside is that the driver/driver is not good at taking photos with both smartphones and cameras.

Bli Kade (driver) was very friendly and helped us when exchanging tickets in Penida. It was just unfortunate that there was a miscommunication between Holy Hill Penida, the driver and me. I was informed to check in at 07:30 at Sanur Harbor because the boat departed at 08:15. While the driver was informed that my boat docked in Penida at 07:30. That caused the driver to wait for us for a very long time. Our boat just docked at 09:00. My family, who really appreciate punctuality, felt bad for the driver. Please do not let this happen to other visitors.

I was accompanied by Mr. Pande, a good person, in his car, it was also safe, I was actually taken to a really nice view, and I took photos and video as much as we wanted, thank you bro, keep up the good work

Overall it was a memorable experience on this family holiday, maybe because it was the first time taking this package, we were still confused when exchanging the voucher for a ticket to cross at Sanur port, but then it went smoothly and was really helped by Bli Kadek who was our driver and guide during our stay. tour 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
