The facilities are very good with affordable prices.

Pretty fast and ok. In full AC. Spacious seats. Plenty of luggage space. Just when getting out it's a bit difficult to take the luggage.

First experience taking a ferry from SG to Batam, everything went smoothly, quite on time 👍🏼

Staff is friendly and quick process.

The ticket exchange process and boarding pass collection were very easy and the officers were friendly. The ferry was comfortable and please note to the ship's crew that there was still trash left by previous passengers that was left behind or stuck in the passenger seats.

On time, the boat was also clean and comfortable.

Overall OK, unfortunately at the harbourfront there was no sign showing where the Sindoferry ticket counter was...so we wandered around aimlessly until we were almost late.

Overall great ride and experience. Make sure to spare enough time for ticket redemption and check in at level 4, baggage drop at level 3 (only opens 45 minutes before departure time), customs and immigration check.

The staff in Singapore were very helpful when I wanted to reschedule my ticket, and they were friendly too. For rescheduling itself, there was a charge of $3 SGD. The baggage was only 20kg, and more than that was also charged $1/kg. But overall it was worth it because they were friendly ✅

The price is cheaper than buying directly at Harbourfront. You can also buy last minute as long as the ship has not departed. The ship is very punctual, Singapore standard. Love it!

I have been to Singapore (PP) several times with a family of 4 by air (flight), occasionally want to repeat via Batam to enjoy seafood dishes - pineapple fish soup, grilled fish, crab, cuttlefish at Golden Prawn 933. On April 6, 2025, the 3rd crossing from Singapore to Batam, I trusted Sindo. Around 2009 ago, I used the Batam - Singapore (PP) crossing for the first time. Success for Sindo services as the main choice for Batam - Singapore (PP) crossings. Thank you.
