Really good service to ease the process starting from flight arrival until pick-up by driver. Easy to find the assistance staff and they are really polite.

Only deliver/accompany and not provide much assistance/service. So I rate it "B"...

I think I will be assisted until I get on the plane like a porter on a train. it turned out only to the waiting room. the plane is delayed and I still have to carry my cabin baggage everywhere while following my child who is actively moving. just for check-in assistance, I think the price of the service is too pricey.
