Terrible Customer Service - They Stole My Money I made a reservation and prepaid for a room. However, when I arrived, I realized I had forgotten my purse at home and didn’t have my physical card with me. Even though the room was fully paid, the staff insisted I needed a physical card to check in. I explained my situation and asked if they could cancel the reservation instead. They assured me the reservation would be canceled and that I wouldn’t be charged. Unfortunately, when I checked my bank account, I found they had charged me for the room I never used—despite their promises. I tried contacting the manager several times, explaining the issue, but they refused to help. Even Expedia intervened to request a refund on my behalf, but the hotel still refused. I feel completely robbed and deeply disappointed. This experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Good Place

This place overall is not bad. I like how they give a full hot breakfast. The rooms are not bad. Overall it’s good and decent. Could clean the carpets a bit better but other than that they seem ok

Large rooms and good housekeeping everyday

The First Lady that checked me in was awesome The next day the guy was not accommodating at all. I had a 2 night reservation but the cleaning people knocked and told me check out was at 11:00. I told the guy at the desk I didn’t want anyone in the room and when I came back my room was cleaned. I specifically didn’t want anyone in my room- he assured me they wouldn’t go in there, but they did which wasn’t ok with me. The communication was poor and the free breakfast was subpar.

Safe and quiet

The front guy Mike was nice. The property is old and outdated.. In a sketchy area and the AC barely worked. Said there was Truck/RV parking...nope. No airport transportation either. Spend a little more and stay at Holiday Inn.

Loved the spacious room

It is affordable price, breakfast, clean and quiet, staff helpfull and professional

Everything was fine from check-in until when we left. The only issue was that the water heaters did not recover fast enough in the morning, so, we ended up taking luke warm or cold showers. This was more than once, and we received the same comment from other friends staying there. Other than that, it was perfect.

Thank you for a good nights sleep in a room 15 minutes from the airport.

The facility is dated…maintained but sorely needing an update…wallpaper, rugs and furniture need replacing. Our room had a wet rug which from some bathroom plumbing leaking that the staff was unaware of.
