I love that they have the room, nice and warm for me

Really good place to stay

I was disappointed to find that breakfast wouldn’t be available until 7am. We had an early flight to catch and left at 6:30 without the option for breakfast. The rooms need some upgrades. For check out in the morning, there wasn’t anyone available to check us out.

This was such a nice place for my daughter and me to stay. Had a great feel and loved that it was so close to the convention center.

Good price, beautiful room, amazing breakfast

The room is modern and clean. The staff was friendly. They had ice water ready for thirsty travelers!

My toilet was not flushed.

I appreciated the comfort of the place and the care of the facilities; showing that they were well cared for, clean, and offering much variety in their breakfast offers. A couple of times, there wasn’t readily available hot water, but it hardly hindered. A good hotel option that will be taken into consideration for future trips.

Needs updating. Carpet dirty and coming apart in room. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Bathroom floor in room was disgusting. Had to have staff come clean it twice.

We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was good and the location was Nicer. Clean, quiet, comfortable ,and friendly. I would recommend this hotel!

Good

The main areas of the hotel are nice. The breakfast was standard free breakfast fare. BYU campus is a short walk from the hotel, and there are many dining options nearby. The issues that I have are that the comforter is not put in any duvet cover, and I’m sure the comforter is never washed, so that was super gross. Also, I stayed 3 nights and I never got any sort of room refresh. Luckily I reuse my towels, but it would have been nice to at least have the bed made.

Great for attending the BYU football game

Safe quite and walkable.
