Close to the restaurant where we wanted to eat. Bed was cozy. Nice quiet hotel.

Was perfect for what I needed. Never really needed to rely on staff too much - but overall cheap, convenient & nice enough to hang my hat so to day for awhile.

I like the location , close to 75 , many restaurants close by. The bad thing thst they offer breakfast and they are not set up for it. I had to pick up a quick breafast outside the hotel before i went to my meetings at 7am causing inconvience because not many options at 6am

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Someone knock on my door at night. A lot of kids in the hotel during the stay.

Front desk customer service

The hotel was nice, but they did not have breakfast available like their website mentioned. The room was ok but there were some stains on the carpet and the wallpaper had some rips. There was an overwhelming smell of cleaner , but it was an ok hotel for 1 night.

Very very good choice to stay here. Clean, quiet, spacious, Starbucks coffee in am and pretty much all day. Will be back. Love Sonesta

The pool was horribly small.

Nice overall. Clean and quiet. Nice pool area. Begatives-We had continual issues with key cards working though. Would also be nice to know breakfast restaurant and bar would not be operating. During our stay.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Quiet and updated.

Strike 1: No clean rooms available. They did arrange accommodations for us at the Crowne Royal (which was cramped for 4 adults) at yhe same rate which was awesome. Hard to believe no clean rooms with the parking lot empty at 1am. Strike 2: No breakfast options at all. They have a Starbucks but it hasn't opened yet and they have no other options. Must leave property for food. Strike 3: Despite telling the front desk to reserve another room for our friend arriving the next day, and telling the lady the next day the same thing, no reservation was made and they had no room for her and the lady at the front desk acted as if it wasn't her problem. No attempt to make it right in any way. Way too many issues.
