The sheets weren’t changed other people‘s hair. You can tell they were slept in and just made up again.

Dirty dining equipment, salt and pepper shackers were covered with dried on food as was the walls, coffee pot ect. I am a IHG member, this hotel increased the price of the room for what i believe to be corporate greed. The heat/air conditioner had to be upluged to turn it off. There's no reason why i should have to pay close to $300.00 for a one night stay. I will never vist this property again.

I forgot my wallet in my room when I checked out. I returned 30 min later and cleaning staff had already returned it to the front desk.

New hotel with full dining and fitness facilities in the heart of historic Sydney and with a magnificent view of Sydney's beautiful harbour.

Lobby looks upgraded but room isn’t. Dirty/Stained carpet in room. Waterfront room had more of a view of the roof ac unit than the waterfront?

The amount of smoking outside of the lobby was really not nice.

Dated but clean. Very friendly staff.

It was A very comfortable enviroment

The rooms and halls are extremely run down. The carpets are so used that the dirt and stains are ground in. The walls are much the same. Not worth the price.

The beds need to be updated.

I like how it was handy to the waterfront and restaurants… great view!
