The room was basic but also felt like it needed some TLC. Felt it was falling apart.

Room was clean, but desperately needs some rehab. Bathroom and main doors had the laminate coming off at the bottom. There was a hair wad on the bathroom floor. Check in was chaotic and very slow. I had reserved a room for a pet and even called ahead to make sure this was known. And after several minutes of being checked in (although I had a reservation) I was given a room on the second floor. I questioned this as I knew all the pet rooms were on the first floor. The person at the counter seemed shocked by this. And then I had to wait all over again as they rechecked med in

Very friendly and helpful

The hotel was very worn out looking. The carpet was frayed snd the walls were dated. The toilet had trouble flushing. Lots of maintenance needed. The hallway was very musty smelling. The bed was comfortable.

Standard airport-area room. Convenient and comfortable.

Room was dark. Bad lighting. Lamp didn’t work. Carpet stained an worn out all throughout the room. Smelled like smokers had been in that room for years.

We really appreciated the entire experience at this hotel. The free shuttle, the coffee and hot water bar that was available 24hours. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful!!

I accidentally booked this property and. Allied within less than an hour and was told to call expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel and the refused to cancel even though I had already booked the comfort suites through your organization. There is a long explanation but I feel as I have stayed 3 weeks in a row at your comfort franchise I should have been given grace. I am a teacher and am trying to sell my home 2.5 hours away and having to live in the hotel close by my school while I wait to sell.

It was fine we had our golden doodle with us . The only thing I would have preferred was Not the third floor. But she handled it fine going up and down to let her do her business.

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious but that's about all I can say was good. Plug in bathroom was exposed, stains on ceiling and wall that make me nervous that there may have been a suicide in my room...Tried to call down to the front desk twice and both times no one answered. Every time I passed a worker they were on their cell phone talking or texting....
