The bed was great and service awesome! Would stay again!

I was visiting last weekend after being on the road for 3 hours. Staff cancelled my PAY AT THE PROPERTY reservation due to them being busy after I called twice to see if I can do an early check and was denied. Check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 5pm and was turned down. No call, text or email informing me. Very unprofessional

All of the staff were very nice.

When we checked in, we had to wait as the front desk employee was outside. I tried calling the front desk but he explained he was out of range for the phone to work. After finally checking in, we were given our room keys. Luckily the keys did NOT work because he assigned us to a room that already had people staying in it! Disappointing check in over all.

The staff were great and even let us have a later checkout. Beds were comfy, 4 pillows each, some soft and some firm. Nightlight in the bathroom was very nice. Full breakfast including a waffle station. Yes, there was a hole at the bottom of bath door that obviously a dog previously made, and a hole in the lower part of the business center, but so what? Everything worked. The price was great, so this was a really good value.

Motel is very tired and needs an upgrade. The elevator smelled awful and there was a funny smell throughout the whole place. Paid extra for the shuttle to transport 5 people and luggage to arrive at 4:30 am. Found out later it arrived and left empty at 4 am. A nice Uber came at 4:30, as scheduled, but could only fit 3 of us and luggage. Paid him another 5 bucks to return and pick up the other two. Relatives were told it would take him 30 minutes to return (for a 10 minute drive????) and ordered a different one that appeared to have come from Rent-a-Wreck.

This hotel is VERY run down. Everything needs a deep clean and refresh. The air conditioning was not on in any of the common spaces and we had to crank it in our room. While the room was spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable, again needed a deep clean and refresh. Walls are very thin - heard everything. Breakfast was about average if not a bit below. Staff were not quick to replenish or help in any way. Both luggage carts were broken (not surprising). The parking lot is terribly pitted and needs to be redone. Yes, you get what you pay for but I expected better.

The bathrooms in the rooms were very clean and well stocked. There was an overwhelming smell of. I don’t know what if it was the pancake batter left over from breakfast or whatever they used to clean the hallways. It was not pleasant. It may have been the smell of the carpet, the trash cans in the front of the building were full to the top throughout our stay. It appeared that no one had emptied them.

Room was fine a few damaged things no repaired, we were constantly next to loud people that kept us up most of the nights till 3 or 4 am.

Asked for a room with King Beds bud got one with more like 2 Full size beds Breakfast staff was not to friendly and very limited foods items Needs to upgrade the breakfast menu

The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in decades. Door to the room stuck, and you had to pull shut, toilet didn’t flush correctly, very few electrical outlets, desk chair was very worn and covering was peeling off, mattresses and pillows were terrible. Breakfast bar had sausage and bacon thrown together in same container and eggs were not good. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our room was gross. We couldn’t even shower due to the left over hair in the shower. The floor in the room itself was gross and you didn’t want to go barefoot at all. The smell that came from the air conditioner unit was awful. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to!!!

Lobby is deceiving because it looks decent 1st room on 1st floor was disgusting smelled like cat urine Sheets had hair on them cobwebs and spiders right outside the room hallway had ripped carpet and a hole in the wall. I asked to be moved and they moved us to the 2nd floor it was tolerable but i wouldn't stay here again

I have stayed at several hotels along this stretch to catch early morning flights, and will not stay here again. The tub was broken, the shower had only cold water, and the free shuttle to the airport, which is why I booked here in the first place under the understanding they had one, only occurs 7am-10am. An Uber had to be called to catch my flight out.

My stay was very pleasant. Although they were short staffed, they still made sure I had the necessities I needed. The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.
