We had a great stay at the Pell! Great customer service from the whole staff! Felt like we were at our home the way everyone treated us. We loved Jesse and Mo at the Helmway Restaurant too that is connected right to the Pell.

The staff were so kind!

THIS HOTEL NEVER CEASES TO AMAZE ME HOW PERFECT AND SO NICE EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY IS. WE HAVE STAYED HERE IN THE PAST AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO COME BECAUSE THE STAY HERE IS ALWAYS SO ENJOYABLE. KUDOS TO ALL THE STAFF.

The property is amazing and the staff is super nice. Like I have never had such a great experience from the full staff at a hotel. The restaurant is amazing. Great quality of food and the bartenders are great. The only negative is the walls are super thin. You can hear every guest above and next to you. So get prepared if you are a light sleeper

The front desk personnel were all exceptionally nice and bent over backwards to help us with luggage, getting extra coffee pods, etc. The "living room" and "library" areas were beautiful places to gather with our family. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners at the Helmsway. All in all, a wonderful lodging experience!

When I told Mateo at the front desk that I had just had back surgery he got us a handycap room. It was perfect.

Excellent Hotel Staff

Room was too small. Wasn’t enough space for myself and wife to pass each other. Between bed and dresser. Just too small.

Loved the super soft mattress, the front desk person was so kind and went out of his way to bring our bags up to the room- I didn’t even ask, he just noticed me and quickly jumped in to insist on helping! The room was very clean, loved the toiletries, the bathroom fixtures, just loved EVERYTHING!

The Staff was awesome. Evening Staffon arrival was kind and friendly!! Home away from home!

Beautiful clean recent renovation

The hotel room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. The check in was quick. The staff even carried our bags to our room. The bar and restaurant served good drinks. We enjoyed our stay at the Pell.
