Massively unappreciated: a pet charge that came in at more than the room rate (for one dog)

The hotel was very clean and looks great, its newly renovated. Rooms are nice. However, i thought it was loud. We could hear people in the room/s above us, beside us, in the hallway. Thin walls!

This hotel is very beautiful and clean. Only downfall is that they don’t have an elevator, but it’s a very beautiful hotel . I definitely would recommend this place . Only con that I have , is that we went on this trip with 6 kids ages from 5-14 and the younger kids were playing in the living room ( away from everyone ) and the host were telling guest that the kids are in the living room and they won’t be making noise. I don’t like anyone talking about my family to other people.

Breakfast was terrible, and we were supposed to have a $15 credit for the restaurant, which would have made the breakfast free at least, but they never adjusted our charges with the credit, so the breakfast was awful and we had to pay for it.

The property is newly updated, clean, bright and cheery. The staff was attentive. So close to Newport. Great value all in all!

Hotel is updated very clean staff is very welcoming. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good. We traveled for a hockey tournament and the location was perfect for travel to two different rinks without going through downtown Newport yet Newport is only a few minutes away to acess the restaurants.
