Two day stay. We generally enjoyed our stay and took a trip down to Valkenburg.

We arrived late at night and got a wellcoming reception. The room is very comfortable with a well apreciated air conditioner. Our adjasent room was perfect and the breakfast had everything we wanted and rastefull. Thank you for a pleasant stay

This was an amazing stay they so friendly and helpful.

The hotel did not has enough parking for guest. We had to park outside. It’s not convenient for us.

Great value hotel with nice, spacious, clean rooms. Showers are a little weird though and I found it difficult to not get water all over the bathroom floor. Very good included breakfast!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The free internet was significantly better than the vast majority of UK hotels. Bar prices were comparable to other local bars and cheaper than some that I visited. Food was of a good standard The room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows excellent: I’ve rarely had such good sleep in hotels.

Its a convenient hotel i ve been staying since a long time , it absolutely needs refreshing, out of date and run down look of interior should be renovated, broken tiles in the bathroom needs a hand.. but still good alternative in the town

A basic hotel but with everything you need for the price, clean, comfortable with a good continental breakfast selection. Although the hotel has a carpark the ramp down is very very narrow as you can see by the scrappes on the walls, park across the road.

The shower fan/ room fan did not work. There was A LOT of black mold inside our room around the windows, our shower leaked and after each shower the bathroom floor flooded. I reported the problem but noting was addressed during our 11 night stay. Carpets in our room and the hallways had a lot of large stains. Staff was great, breakfast was incredible every morning.

Hotel very tired - needs a complete refresh - no air con - food distinctly average

On hotels.com, the hotel had airco. But when I called the Hotel to ask them to put on already the airco (on an extremely warm summer day), they told me that the only available rooms were without airco because of technical problems, the bookings sites had been informed. When I told them that I had booked specifically a room with airco Nino and Ellen from Fletcher Weert sprung into action. Within 2minutes, Nino called me back to tell me that a room with airco had been arranged. Thank you Nino and Ellen

The staff were friendly at check in which was quick and efficient. Parking is easy. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. The restaurant was were nice with a good selection of drinks. The room was spacious with good wifi

I stay here quite regularly for business and always get really well looked after. The staff are all very friendly and professional, the food is great, and the rooms are all clean & comfortable. You can't really ask for anything more!
