The room was very clean. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles were very low. The housekeeper knocked on my door around 10am and was attempting to put her key in the lock while I was resting until I opened the door and asked if I could help her. Moments later another staff member came knocking at my door. I think this is very inconsiderate to guests if checkout isn’t until 11:00.

Great place to stay if in the area.

Hotel is showing it’s age and needs to be updated.

The check in was very slow. I did not have coffee in my room, but was brought up immediately when I called. The hotel is too expensive, honestly. I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express next time. My colleague had a better experience there for a lesser price.

It was great for time with family. The staff was helpful and courteous. I also got to stay in a room that was very accessible. I was very impressed with that. Beautiful place.

i was traveling for a family funeral and requested adjourning rooms that did not happen also tv did not work in one room and was told i would receive credit for no tv but did not.

I enjoyed the pleasant staff. Everyone seemed bery happy. Thr room was very clean..i was pleased to see soaps and shampoo with no sodium laurel sulfates.

Staff was extremely nice and this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Will definitely recommend,

Loved the waffles with chocolate chips and whipped cream, A/C smelled moldy but I was moved to another room where it was less noticeable.

The vent in room 302 did not work. The bathtub filled with water during a shower and took forever to drain. Mold on ceiling. The beds were decent. Front desk….. every single person that I encountered….. was so warm and inviting and kind!

The refrigerator was not working. We discovered it and reported it to the lady at the desk. She attempted to give us a credit but in that the room was rented through Expedia, she couldn’t give us the credit. Expedia bears responsibility for this situation,

Always clean every time we stay and the staff is always nice and so very helpful!

Great location, close to all, but not loud from a street/highway/night life etc. - Hotel has incredible employees, is very clean, breakfast is excellent! Rooms/beds are very comfortable.

Here for a family reunion. The stay made the visit all the better.
