I couldn't sleep because the pillow on the bed. Smells funny like sweating.

I want a refund. The manager was awful, and they ended up giving me the wrong room. When I said something, he threatened to make me leave. mind you this is in the middle of the night.

Great place to stay and management was great

As soon as my daughter and I walked in very late at night, we were graded by two very large cockroaches, crawling around the door frame in the floor, and we couldn’t turn on the light because the cord was cut. And there was no shade on the lamp. It was just a lamp stand with a lightbulb… That didn’t work. It smelled like cigarettes so bad That we could barely breathe in there. There were cigarette ashes on the toilet seat as well. the table was leaking so there was pink slime mold around the drain that hadn’t been cleaned and God knows how long. My 7 year old daughter and I were traveling alone and this was a literal nightmare, we did not stay in this room, but had to go back to the lobby and ask for something different at 1:30 in the morning while we were already exhausted.

I found 3 cockroaches as soon as we entered the room , which I killed. It seems that it does very poor pest control, if at all!

Not easy to find. Gsve me a room with No toilet paper, cups, soap, and so on. The shower had mold and parts of the wall had sheetrock thst was missing.

The staff and the cleanliness

No one answer the phone on the customer service desk call 7 times and no one can anwer. Also the customer service of Hotels.com have a online that dont work, keep you waiting on que and no one comes to help. I lost my money also the AIG Travel Insurance do not add it, they will have any excuse to not refund the money. The old classic insurance thiefs!!!

Peeling paint and plaster on walls. Mold in bathroom ceiling coming down. No Continental breakfast for 2 days. They don't have shuttle service from airport but it's advertised. Drug addicts and prostitutes hang out in rear of building all night. Owner or old man told me it's my problem when I complained over and over. Steer clear of this place.

Tub and surrounding tile had mold. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The lever on the sink was broken, the phone in the room didn't work.

No free breakfast first morning. Lobby toilets no toilet paper and filthy. Advertised free shuttle service from airport. Argued with front desk I had to take can. The room they gave me was fair to say the least. Pool was green. Welfare hotel in back row. I could go on all day. A place to sleep, that's it

Took money even though no check in. Don’t stay here

I'm surprised that this place is able to rent rooms in those conditions.
