Fabulous team on the front desk, absolutely first class and as good as any 5* hotel even though this is a busy conference hotel. All the staff, in the restaurant, cafe and front desk were just lovely. Rooms fairly standard but clean and client.

Lovely spa area and pool. Very clean. All staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely bar area and separated areas from watching sky sports, or not. Nice hotel and 12 mile circular route (walk or bike) was great. Only negative is the noise in the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Could fully hear the bbc news from next door and any noise from people in the corridors.

Absolutely Fantastic! Breakfast was Good. The pool/gym/Sauna/steam room all great! Big screen telly in the bar, which we watched the footy in comfort. I love the fact there is a quality table football game in the bar, that is free. This kept my kids entertained. A well run Holiday inn!

Couldnt really fault the hotel or staff at all. Breakfast was good too!

Excellent hotel to stay in near to Lilleshall

Staff were great. Rooms recently refurbed and they did a great vegan breakfast!

Actually really annoyed with this hotel! I specifically asked to be in a room away from people as me and my partner from a different country don't get to see each other often and low and behold, we were getting bangs on the wall from one other guest and then 2 calls from reception followed by a threat to be asked to leave the hotel!? Will never be back here again and would certainly not recommend to anyone unless you are wanting a hotel with morgue vibes, absolutely livid!

Great friendly staff, a great retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the big smoke. Close to the centre of Telford without the stuck in the city feel.

The room was not ideal when you have a dog. If you are offering dogs to stay, the room should be bigger. The beds were horrendous, the worse sleep I’ve ever had. Another thing I would suggest is trying to sound proof the rooms. We could hear full conversations at 3am from the corridor and the room next door The staff were as always amazing. And were very helpful with our dog and made a fuss of her.

What you would expect from a holiday inn my only issue it was very hot in the rooms and the pillows are old and a bit lumpy. Staff very friendly.

The stay was OK. This is definitely designed as a business hotel with extras. Also there were no local facilities so if you needed anything you had to drive. The fixtures and fittings were reasonable but dated. The view was a brick wall. For a family stay ok but definitely a business hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff greeted us on arrival. The food was fantastic and kids ate free! Breakfast had something for everyone and the swimming pool was a lovely bonus for the kids. Can for a child’s birthday weekend and we loved it. All round very clean and lovely view from room. Will definitely be returning. Thank you

WOW!! Great find. Every member of staff was helpful and smiling. The pool was fab and the food was AMAZING!!

The staff were all so friendly, helpful and attentive. My only complaint would be that you have no fridges in the room for diabetics to keep their insulin in, but we had a work around of ice in a wine cooler!

Good experience

Good for an overnight stay if in the area in business etc. Shower curtains are a bit dated and unhygienic. Reception,bar and lounge staff were exceptional.
