A very comfortable hotel complex, great value for money. The service is professional, yet friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The location is superb to walk around the beautiful leafy town of Mendoza. Thank you!

Great location. Staff are sometimes friendly and sometimes not; depending on who you speak with. The breakfast is OK. The rooms and the overall building are in desperate need for upgrade/repair. The hotel is outdated. The bathrooms are old. The room windows are broken, do not open. The elevators doors get stuck on the first floor and will not open. I reminded staff twice about it. By the time I left, they still did not work. Not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3.

Enjoyed my stay. I would recommend they put some work into the key readers at the doors and the elevator functionality. The staff was nice and the room was cozy (we upgraded to a larger room). We really enjoyed our view over the Plaza de Italy

The hotel refused to turn on the AC. We slept very uncomfortably, complained multiple nights we stayed there. They mentioned that management did not want lower the temperature because it was cold outside (it was 65 degrees outside). What they failed to realized, and we tried to explain many times, the rooms were much hotter inside. They refused to turn it on. It was an insane act of stubbornness. I would not recommend this hotel at all, simply for this reason. Also, they don't have an iron board or iron in case you need to iron something.

Besides from the good location, rooms are very old, not clean and the service is average. I would not come back.
