Poor breakfast small tv

It was just one night family trip. While the staff was extremely friendly and social, the room was dirty, stains on carpets, dirty sheets. One piece of kleenex was stuffed into the peep hole!

Clean room. Decent breakfast. Nice staff.

The property and staff was excellent. However, they never received my reservation from Expedia so it took us a while to checkin. However, staff was very diligent and making sure we got the room that I paid for.

Would have been nice to get a later checkout.

The property was clean. They came to change the sheets and towels every day. The staff was friendly. My main complaint was that i found two live roaches in my bathroom when I woke up in the middle of the night.

No heat in rioms

While this hotel does get the job done is is a 2 star hotel AT BEST. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything. The rooms are outdated and very filthy/stained. My room had old stickers on the walls, rust stains in the shower, and it seems a lot of people live here full time. No cockroaches but did find a small lizard in the room!!

It a new ce clean hotel

Room issues broken tv broken hair dryer. Ladies helpful and nice. Man at front desk doesn’t seem to like his job…zero customer care no greetings ever even during New Years. I observed the phone ringing at least 50 times while getting coffee. He was standing in hall chatting with female co-worker. Answered phone annoyed saying they were very busy. No way to run a hotel! Be nice to people greet them and smile and maybe they’ll want to come back again…

The lady that checked us in was very nice. However, the room did seem to have some sort of smell. Overall, this hotel does seem old and looks like it needs to be updated.

The hotel had a bit of a smell and wasn’t in the best condition but at least it felt safe

No frills

Really was disappointed in Best Western. Rooms were dirty and smelled like a wet bathing suit. The AC was not efficient and there were Roaches in the bathroom during the night. Worst stay in a Best Western.

This is an older hotel that needs to be upgraded, BUT, the room was clean and much more attractive than the hallways. Staff was gracious. Parking is tight.

Excepcional place. I loved my experience

It was a quick and convenient place for us to stay with an early flight. Upon entering our room, there was a plug in fan that was on the ground, on, and pointed at the entry door. The entry door looked like there was a leak running down the trim and it was stained and a little moldy looking.

Spending one night here. So far everything meets our standards. The building is a little old but seems well taken care of😊
