Could not open the windows in the room which was disappointing on such beautiful days. The room got very stuffy at times. For some reason the sofa bed was made up even though we didn't need it. It was no problem to fold it up but the sofa was covered in hair from previous guests. Most employees were wonderful but we were given a bit of shade at check in for using our IHG points to book this last minute vacation.

Just a few minutes walk from the town centre yet not too difficult to find by car and with its own secure parking. The bedrooms are quite nice but as per the brand norm other facilities are limited.

Nice stay in Arnhem. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Rooms are a bit spartan and no refrigerator. Breakfast was good. Nice location with a grocery store across the street.

The hotel location is good, room is size is good. As IHG member, they need to impove there membership treatment. Had to argue to get late check out.

I visited for the Arnhem 80 Anniversary , this is very well located for all the important places, and if fit enough the drop zones museum easily done on a cycle, or public transport. Nice stuff helpful
