its an okay hotel , not vert clean rooms, they can do better in term of cleaning and amenities

A door immediately below our room slammed shut and bounced back and forth every few minutes until well after midnight. It started again around 5am. Though clean, the room (108) was very small. Nice staff.

Hotel is in an ok location but the rooms are as small as cupboards so no comfort in the room.

Overnight stay for us , clean and comfortable

Pretty position near centre of Mulhouse. Really nicely designed entrance, reception, bar, restaurant area promises a really nice hotel. In reality the room was absolutely BASIC. Not a single frill or extra. Also one BIG mistake. It was a double room, we are a couple and the double bed was jammed firmly against one wall. This made accessing one side of the bed impossible. OK maybe if you are young and agile, but difficult with a little reduced mobility. Which is odd as it was a room for people with reduced mobility.

Me aloje en este hotel ayer por la noche y pese a que la atención del personal es correcta (Deberían mejorar su ingles) las instalaciones son muy cutres y anticuadas. No recomendaría volver; además el Wifi no funciona correctamente y no pude trabajar.

Very convenient, with great location and available, safe parking!

J’ai dû changer 3 fois de chambre car les deux premières étaient infestées de puces dans le lit, sur les rideaux, sur les meubles !!! Le personnel du soir était à peine aimable pour me reloger. Ne se sont même pas excusés. Inadmissible. Honteux. Et l’hôtel est sale et vieux. Fuyez cet établissement Don’t go into that hotel. I had to change rooms three times because of fleas in the bed, on curtains and on furniture. Terrible. And employees did not even apologize ! Unacceptable. Run away from that hotel. And the place is dirty and old. Burk !

Easy access, comfy rooms and bed. Average bathroom. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel near the city centre, with very safe parking and helpful staff

Booked and paid ahead of time on Expedia. Hotel had the reservation at checkin. At checkout the next morning, they claimed to have no record of payment and charged us again. Neither Expedia nor the hotel has moved to correct this even after multiple contacts with each.

Helpful staff, very clean. Short walk to tram. A/C worked fine. Small room but comfortable. Did not eat there but 10-15 minutes on foot to centre.

The room and bathroom were very small, but we loved our view overlooking the canal, and had a nice morning walk along it before checking out. Breakfast food was very good: cheeses, breads, meats, fruits, cakes, yoghurts, but beware hazards of in-and-out sliding boards along service area, making tray support precarious while reaching for items. Next door to old wool factory, La Filature, now an arts centre.

The waitress was totally ignorant not only to us but all guests keeping them waiting whilst canoodling with her boyfriend. The receptionist was trying to cover for her but her behavious was totally unacceptable. The food when it finally came was basic and just warm expected more from this hotel. No cognac and effort made to provide alternative too interested in her male companion. Would not recommend this hotel.

Oliver was the best anything I needed he was always there to help! He needs a raise or promotion!

Always clean and friendly great breakfast

Front desk staff were very helpful, room was small and old. Wifi terrible.

I only stayed 1 night here, and the only reason I stayed was for an opera at the opera venue next door. Major problem was that WiFi did not work for me during my stay. Reception could not resolve the problem. After my stay, I was able to contact my wireless provider and figured out how to solve the problem in the future. In case anyone else encounters this issue (and the hotel should advise guests who have this problem also), completely turn off your phone, turn it back on, and check your WiFi settings. Reception was helpful with everything else. Besides opera, not much else in the immediate area.

well located. Nice breakfast

This was an excellent choice for our 4 day break in Mulhouse, giving great value for money regarding location, room, comfort & cleanliness. Breakfast at €9.90 per person may be considered expensive for a continental breakfast however, was good value for the excellent wide choice of food available. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Car parking (€9.00 per night) also very good value (self contained,secure, wide spaces).
