Pleasant hotel in convenient location with parking concession at nearby L'Hôtel de Ville parking

Great service and location

Really comfortable for a family of Five. The staff were all really helpful and friendly

The hotel is ideally situated in the middle of town. The room was comfortable but beware of the low ceiling on the top floor. The breakfast is good with a great selection.

Expedia described my room as having a double and a single bed. It had a double bed and a fold-out single sofa. Fold out sofas are NOT the same as beds. It's a known fact. I was not happy to find that is what I had booked. Otherwise, the place was great.

Dark and gloomy corridors did not make us feel safe. Reception friendly at breakfast but not on arrival. Room small claustrophobic and uncomfortable

The smell in this hotel is absolutely vile. The rooms smell like raw sewage. We asked to change rooms because of the stench, and they accommodated us, but the second room was just as disgusting.

Room was excellent. I learned that when Expedia says parking available it does not mean free or close by. We had to pay parking and it was a few hundred meters away so we were not happy with that. The hotel location was great for access to the old part.

Very nice staff at reception, the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom is quite small but the shower quality was excellent. Located very centrally and with lots of underground parking nearby.

Front desk staff beyond helpful. I left Theatre Hotel because it was filthy, and the staff here accommodated my need for an early check in.

Good central location

The hotel was super helpful when I arrived at 11:30pm with tired children and a dog. Pointed me directly to the excellent local parking which is very secure. This made our experience much more enjoyable. Lovely walks around the city in the morning.

We stayed one night at this hotel July 2021. Amazing location and friendly stuff. We had upgraded room. Still small but comfortable clean room. Buffet breakfast was fantastic, too. We enjoyed last day of our trip there. We did not use but there were also SPA that we could reserved, too. Well done!

Lovely Hotel & staff. Breakfast delivered to the room was superb. Hotel was modern & immaculate. Only thing I would add is it’s in the pedestrian area & hard to find. I had to park around the corner got wet as did my luggage in the heavy rain.

We had a great trip to Chambery. Our daughter was going to study abroad and the hotel is very central and ideal for a short break. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was perfect.

It was a cozy room and a comfortable bed. The staffs were so nice.
