Beautiful hotel

My family and I stayed here so we could go to the Pacers game. The location is right in downtown and within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. The staff is AMAZING and so respectful. The room and whole hotel was clean. Breakfast was great. 5 stars for me

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. They let us check in early which was a plus for us arriving early because of weather.

Convenient location, incredibly spacious and clean suites, yummy complimentary breakfast. Great stay! My daughter is relocating to Indy and this will be my choice to stay when I visit.

Absolutely loved the Valet, especially when checking in with kids! Check-in, or rather the room assignment process (we had two rooms) was very inefficient. Upon arrival at 3:40pm, we were told only one room was ready and we would be contacted when the second room was ready. When the second room was assigned- it was on opposite ends of the floor. I returned back to the front desk and asked for rooms closer together, which was then given to us but we had to re pack everything and four kids to the new rooms. I don’t understand why we couldn’t have been given these rooms to begin with. All other things considered- the rooms were awesome for kids with the kitchenette and living room area. We enjoyed the pool area and the breakfast that is included with your stay had great variety. The location was good and we appreciated the original charm/history of the building. Would stay here again! Side note: we stayed on a Saturday night and there were 5+ police cars outside of the hotel from 1:00am- at least 3:00am that caused some commotion and kept us awake. We called the front desk to make sure everything was ok- we were told it was to monitor street activity.

Hotel was in a great location. A block from Gainbridge, across from Circle Center and just close to everything downtown. Room was really nice and clean. The biggest issue we had is we were at the very end of the hall and there is a club next-door and on the weekends you can hear the loud thumping music until 3 AM. So while I would stay here again, I would not accept a room at the end of the hall. I would ask to be closer to the lobby area. The walls seem to be paper, thin as I could even hear my neighbor, coughing, and hacking in the mornings. The three star review is based on the lack of sleep. I got on Friday evening due to the lack of noise control in the room. They should provide more insulation or soundproofing in those rooms. Also, the front desk girls were not very friendly. They were OK, but just seemed annoyed we were there.

We loved the ambience of this remodeled factory building. The room had tall ceilings with exposed beams and brick that gave it an upscale feel. The breakfast was decent. The gym is small and was too warm to comfortably exercise during our stay..

Great place to stay downtown! Very convenient to catch a Pacers game.

Parking not available and valet service is pricey. Breakfast ends before 10am.

The location was good and they had a great breakfast. $49 a day for parking was outrageous and we had to wait almost 20 minutes to get are car one day. The suite was a perfect size for our family but the door to the bathroom was really banged up and one one tv was working. When we called the front desk they said it was because of the rain but my husband noticed tape on the wire so clearly that wasn’t the reason. The exercise room was tiny and never had water in the dispenser. Overall we had a nice time but would probably choose a different hotel if we came back.

The pillows were very small

Amazing

We were in town for a Pacers basketball game. This hotel was a five minute walk to the venue and was close to many bar and grills. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and pleasant to work with. No issues with our stay at all. The breakfast had several nutritional options. I’ve stayed here before and I’m sure I will stay here again in the near future.

It was very nice, spacious and comfortable.

Room was huge but well kept. Might need to add some additional lights overhead though. Kind of dark, and need to open bedside lights to get more light.
