Staff was very friendly, but they are definitely understaffed. Lobby was clean, room itself was clean but bathroom definitely could’ve been cleaner. Hallways smell musty like they have had previous water issues

Easy place to stop on our travel to Michigan. Hotel was clean and the room was large. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options.

My only complaint is that the water did not drain in the sink

This was a wonderful hotel for a quick stay. My husband and I were traveling home from our anniversary trip in Tennessee. We decided to stay at this hotel because it was getting dark. It was a great choice! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Female traveling alone for work. I’ve stayed here three times. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean. Safety is important to me. There was always staff at the front to see me coming and going. The parking lot was well lit all around.

Worn, grey towrls and sheets. Crumbs in the sheets.

Got right back entrance all day and night you hear people on and out , the place needs major updates, shower faucet not attached to wall, toilet was not attached to floor all base boards was old and dirty the hallway smelled musty. But I will say this place had the best breakfast and area was pretty clean

It was your standard Holliday inn express. Breakfast closes at 9:30. Thought that was a bit early.
