We stayed to attend a Cavs game. The room was very comfortable but kind of chilly. The bartender, front desk staff and valet were all excellent!! Love staying at the Arcade! ❤️

Great nice friendly a experience

This was just the cutest & most fun hotel to stay at. We only stayed for one night & I wish we had booked a second night. The vibe inside the hotel is so cool. The restaurant for breakfast was really good, huge portions. The rooms had a lot of charm to them with the tall ceilings & wooden shutters on the windows. Will DEFINITELY stay here again.

The room’s smell like sweat

This is one of the nicest looking hotel I've stayed at accross the country. From the Waldorf Astoria to Beverly Hilton this hotel is grand. While Cleveland is not "New York City or Beverly Hills" the proximity of this hotel to so many great venues in this friendly city was a truly great experience. From Playhouse Square, to East 4th Street, to the Flat and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - this is a trip worth making again.

We enjoyed our time in Cleveland and at this hotel.

Have stayed here 2 times and we love it! Easy to walk to pretty much all the places we like to go, the Casino, lots of great restaurants and bars, rocket mortgage fieldhouse.

The mini fridge and tv didn’t work in the first room (city view, that was hardly a city view). They quickly handled it and moved us to the mall part of the hotel. It was very noisy from the parking lot 20 feet from the window and then a dog barking in the morning. Love the food and service though. Also lots of nightlife outside.

Super clean , beautiful interior and exterior. The room is nice and tidy upon arrival.

This was a two fold stay. Our granddaughter was flying in from California. We were there to pick her up and a mini get away. I used to visit the arcade as a teenager. Although it isn’t what it used to be with shopping it is beautiful. You have to appreciate the architecture of the 1890s. It was a more leisurely time period We will go back . Reasonable price also

The room was freezing no matter how high the heat was. It was almost like it was not working.

Very nice hotel

It was a beautiful historic hotel. We had some issues with the hot water in the shower. Cold water, had to run it for several minutes before it got warm.

I must say this place needs improvement asap. The bathtubs look dirty the rooms look like the base in the bathrooms hasn’t been wiped or cleaned in months. Just over all very poor condition hotels looks very poorly finished so many imperfections, peeling wall paper, poor caulking looks dirty, doors have stains marks not sure what they were just I can go on and on. Front desk during check in was horrible the gentleman when we arrived looked like he was just pissed off and had attitude. If you don’t like your job then why be there my friend. Poor customer service. Only person that was nice was the Ladie that picked up the car for us smiled and was very friends Kudos to her! I would not recommend looks els were for the price not worthy.
