The room and its bathroom were very comfortable, really clean, comfortable bed and temperature in the room. The breakfast was very good, with many options. The parking was right at the hotel, which was really easy for us. Short walk distance from the city centre and the train station, from where we took the train to Brussels. We loved our stay, we would recommend it and we would return, hopefully we will return.

Great location! Close to markets, museums, restaurants and many churches. It's also not far from the train, for visiting other towns. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

We had a fantastic stay! I arrived with my two kids and my mom last week. Inês, the Front Office supervisor, was extremely kind, friendly and helpful (and she even spoke to me in my native language which is Portuguese). The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great, the location is very central and we could walk to every where. Natacha help us during breakfast and at the reception on the next day. She was also fabulous and her energy is magic. I definitely recommend this hotel and we will certainly go back!

Good stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Great location. I did not give a five stars as I struggled with the noise a bit but I was on a first floor. Would recommend.

Only stayed for a short night but the room was very comfortable and clean, staff very friendly and surprisingly good breakfast
