Due to lack of staff, check in was slow. The receptionist was very friendly but had to jump between reception and the bar. The bed was very uncomfortable, I felt I would roll out of it.

Great, wonderful staff! Natasha at the front desk is amazing! This was my 6th time to stay here.

Room was too small. Bathroom was not well ventilated and very narrow. Dirty carpet in hallway. Breakfast was very good and friendly staff.

It was a great stay with good service overall, the room was comfortable, the front desk girls at our arrival were superb. The breakfast is good, however I wish you would’ve thought about options for people with food allergies.

Hotel in a perfect position for exploring city near station so you can go and explore other cities nearby friendly atmosphere very helpful staff would recommend

No safety deposit box for personal belongings. No dinning option in the premises. Free breakfast could have been with more better options. Very limited options, was not happy at all.

The booking in was quick and efficient as were tired after a long journey from Yorkshire. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. A great stay.
