Perfect location for hospital visits

The hotel was great! Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional & helpful. The breakfast provided was okay & there were even hot options available so more than I expected. The area around the hotel has roadwork being completed which looks close to finished. So should be okay in the near future.

I was very pleased and impressed with the hotel. It was exceptionally clean, the staff were great and the food was tasty although a little cold at times. Extremely good value for money, we will return.

Hotel needs an upgrade tired and the restaurant dining area needs deep clean

No water throughout the hotel because of a water outage and staff wanted to charge for bottled water. When I checked out I was charged the FULL room rate price?

Very friendly staff! Good price and away from the city. Enjoyed the two dogs daily visit with staff member.

Great location and friendly helpful staff.

The hotel room was fine, though a little dated. The issue was that we'd paid for breakfast, which was meant to be between 7am and 10am, we arrived at 9am to find much of the breakfast had run out. All that was available for hot food were sausages and beans. There were only muffins for the continental breakfast, it was very disappointing.

Terrific value with good breakfast included.

The stay was ok, and the room was average, but clean. The breakfast was supposed to be from 6.15am, but it wasn't ready until 6.45. So hadn't got time to stay for it, as had to get on the road for work. The hotel had somewhere to get something to eat and drink, but not a great selection on menu.

Last minute stay loved the eoom and the bed

A quick one night stay just before a longer trip. The hotel is conveniently located and, the price it offered including breakfast, really is quite a bargain.
