Wonderful staff Very weak WiFi signal

Nothing was amiss and I enjoyed my stay

As we arrived in our room, j reported that the toilet was broke. They never sent anyone to fix it. The faucet jn the tub was broken and water was running. Carpet was dirty too

Gym totally unacceptable, hot water/shower inconsistent, flooringbold

Was a convenient location going to the airport. Breakfast was great and they have a shuttle service

We picked it because of the pool and hot tub. And couldn’t use it at all . All of the security doors were not secured.

With the exception of the Tub/ Shower nosal and slow turb drainage, the room was good.

Not only was the AC not turned on before i checked in, i couldn't get it to work and had to call maintenance. The shower had some weird jerry-rigged second shower head with a broken diverter that leaked. There was no drinking cup at all in the room. The wi-fi was unsafe. The front desk was helpful, though.

The doors to the lobby were not working making the lobby rather cold in the mornings . Needs fixing .

Horrible experience. I will never stay at one of these properties again until the day I die and I will spend every breath I have telling everyone how horrible of a location this is. Don’t trust any service they claim they have.

Lobby looked fine. Upstairs hallway was dark and depressing. Felt like they were covering up the shabbiness. Carpet had stains everywhere. Bathtub had a liner to keep you from slipping that was brown - we couldn’t consider showering there. The lock to our door was broken so that we couldn’t get into our room without assistance. My sister stayed across the hall. She thought her room was much better/cleaner. At least her door unlocked …. The staff was very nice but I wouldn’t go back

I have been charged multiple times for my stay and they still have a 330 dollar hold on my debit card

Nice, clean establishment. The handicapped showers could be improved.
