The computers were not working when we arrived, so couldn't check in. I asked that they call us while we were getting dinner so we'd know we didn't need to find alternate accommodations, but nobody called. Upon check-out, since check-in was problematic, I asked for a printed receipt, and they could only accomplish this from one of their computers (email was too confusing for the desk clerk). The room was too warm (with the AC not working in concert with the thermostat), and the hot water at breakfast tasted so strongly of coffee, it was unusable.

The check in process was not good. I was given a key and sent to a room that was already occupied and then when I went to the front desk to get a new room I had to wait 15 minutes because they had to physically go to the room and check to see if they were occupied. The staff was friendly regardless and our room was clean except for our bathroom sink. Thankfully we were only there to sleep.

I needed a hotel next to the airport. I requested a pet-free room because of severe allergies. There were definitely pets previously in the room. I woke up wheezing and congested. I need Hotels.com to have a filter for only pet free hotels. This is happening more and more and I might need to find another way to book hotels after many many years.

The hotel was filthy. Trash left outside of rooms down the hall we stayed on all night. The bathroom door was broken so it wouldn’t shut. Cobwebs in the corners, carpet was torn and frayed, as well as dirty Kleenex in our room under the desk. Checking in was a nightmare. Another persons information was left on the counter where anyone could see it. When I gave it to the lady at the front desk and said it was left there, I gave her my name which she ignored and kept looking at the paper saying there were no rooms left, I told her I booked a week ago and gave her my name again to which she finally found my reservation. The beds are very uncomfortable. Would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. We left asap in the morning.

Upon check in, it seemed as though we were a bother to the lady at the front desk. She didn't have a name tag and looked sloppy. The hotel itself is higly outdated and very rundown. The pool area was dirty and the chlorine was so bad it made our skin burn. The ac made strange noises. Our room, although outdated was decently cleaned by staff. The next morning I noticed 2 unauthorized charges on the credit card, Issac at the front desk was quick to fix that error, and was very friendly. Breakfast was below average.

It was a good experience. Only thing that was not good was the people in the room next to us was very loud and people were in and out and slamming the door. We had a early flight and were not able to get sleep.

The first room had no shower head. We then had to change rooms after I had unpacked all our stuff at midnight. New room was not as nice. The second day we returned and our room wasn’t latched. My daughter and I were traveling together and she was afraid to enter the room. We told the front desk the housekeeping didn’t latch the door and they didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. Limited breakfast and not great service. It was a required hotel for our sports tournament and we had to book through special sports app and paid way more. I feel ripped off and will not be returning to this place. Which is sad because we’ve stayed at other locations and service was much better.
