Hotel is well located with great restaurants in close proximity, parking made possible by the hotel.

The hotel was nice but driving to it was a horrible experience. The room was kind of small. There was an oversize TV mounted on a wall so that it overhung the wall. My wife hit her head on it quite hard when she bent down to pick up something on the floor. Poor choice of set and location

We parked at the multi storey across from the hotel which was really convenient. The hotel is in a great location for the town and lake. Very easy walking both day and evening. We arrived a bit early and the lovely lady at reception booked us in with a slight upgraded room. The room was lovely. Beautifully decorated and presented. We didn’t eat here but overall a great hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location so close to the train station as well as restaurants and all the sights in Annecy. Very walkable and convenient. Nice property and clean, renovated rooms with excellent AC. I received a balcony as well which was not expected. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, room a touch small but adequate and the most comfortable bed of our entire 10 day trip. Underground secure parking a bonus. Good spread at breakfast.

Everything was within easy walking distance. Cleaning staff was exceptional. Friendly and efficient. Pillows were too firm. Too big. And there was no ability to access A/C and it was too warm at night. The small room was heated too much by the in room refrigerator.

Terrible cold impersonal service - unhappy faces when you ask for information, like you bothering them. Huge disappointment- I was looking for “Best Western space and comfort “ . Room looks like super small and not comfortable. I expected brand quality, but hotel hardly qualifies for its stars. On top of that they shut the whole electricity supply exactly at 11 am when you check out. Wow!

Lovely staff! Within walking distance to old town. Spacious room. Parking on street or in parking garage is right next to hotel, right next to train station as well.

Awesome location right by train station and the old town of Annecy. Tons of shopping, restaurants, and walkable to lake locations. Great spot and great hotel. Clean rooms, Euro size, but very well run.

Great location and staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location - close to the bus/train station, grocery store and lots of shopping.

The staff were wonderful, especially Virginie. The breakfast buffet was superb.
