The water temp in the shower was luke warm on the early afternoon… Maybe there is some kind of hot water schedule, but it was not very important… so 4.5 stars overall:)

Staff was readily available, friendly, and helpful. Offered a good variety of breakfast foods! The location of this hotel was very convenient—close to car shuttle drop off, far enough from Bourbon St to where there’s plenty parking and get a good night’s rest.

Clean and Safe

Staff was awesome very accommodating. As during the snow and the were there for us.

The hotel was listed as having a shuttle but when we arrived at the airport we found the shuttle was not available so we had to get our own taxi.

I arrived before check in time, but was able to go straight to my room anyway. The staff is friendly and helpful, even volunteered to go pick up something from Wendy's for me to eat since they didn't have a cafeteria on site. Breakfast will be provided tomorrow morning until 10 at no charge

chose hotel for airport shuttle and it was out of service, no reduction in rate to reflect us needing to pay for a taxi

We arrived because of a cancelled flight, the airport was closed. Cat at the front desk did a magnificent job of handling a very difficult situation, juggling rooms. She is to be commended for the fine job she did under incredibly difficult circumstances.

Kate checked us in, she checked in 2 of us faster than most clerks check in 1. She was great!
