Double booked me no room had to sleep in walmart parking lot

We stayed here before (our only option) and couldn’t get into our room right away because they were fumigating it for bed bugs. My husband had such a bad reaction to it and ended up in the ER. They charged me $145.00 for damages for a small spot on the sheets that was probably already there! Avoid this place at all costs. You’re better off sleeping on a bench

Good price, good bed

No amenities such as microwave or fridge. Did not even have bedding changed. Bed was awful, extremely uncomfortable with thin mattress and the springs are can be felt through the mattress!

Quaint and funky.

As a child we stayed in a similar property, over the years the motels on Kingsway have vanished and well, i wanted to experience the little contained apartments again. Thank you!

The location & motel staff was great. Guest next door was smoking weed every night and smell comes through... Sadly, The motel charged me for damage from previous guest. Hopefully it is just an unfortunate event instead of how they charge all tourist "extra"

When do i get my deposit back? Paod by card they said itd take 3-5 working business days its been over 6 working business days since ive left next if i ever return i will be paying cash because why does this take so long?

Very loud, tiny beds, very warm just ventilators, very expensive, no hair dryer

Fresh paint was for appearance only. Felt like I was at the public change room at an outdoor pool in the 80’s

Everything was good, inly thing that I don’t like is there were no bug screens on window, and other thing is there was not air conditioning as its summer there should be a small air conditioning or fan should be in centre, however fan was on wall side and my bed was on other side which doesn’t make sense. I couldn’t even open windows because there was not bug screen. Services were good. Area is very safe, gas station, shoppers drug mart and other things are close to property. Hopefully i will book again this property, but there are 2 things which I don’t like otherwise according to price it is good.

We vacate our room as there were rats but they were good enough to give us a refund .

They don’t take cash, and are very arrogant about their new policy. No air conditioning one window almost fell off. Super hot inside. I regret paying for this room, I do not like supporting businesses that do not accept cash; legal tender. And the unit was over priced

We planned to stay here for 3 nights. We ended up only staying for 1 night though, due to the room not working out for our small children (no bathtub, the beds were not attached to the wall.. small things like that). I wanted to leave a review because despite our stay not working out to our liking, the customer service was excellent. Staff and management was very understanding and patient, and offered us options of different rooms that would fit our needs better. In the end when we opted to switch to a different hotel, we had no problems getting a refund even though we had prepaid through expedia.

Old rundown not very clean other than new linens and smelled like cigarettes.
