We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a special birthday celebration. We got a water taxi from the airport directly here which worked really well. We were welcomed with drinks while our cases were taken up to our room. We booked a suite which had an outdoor terrace overlooking the city. That outdoor space made a massive difference and that was where we had our breakfast each morning. The room was a really good size, the staff were very helpful and there is a water bus stop 2 mins walk. We found being on this island and not the main so much better as it was quieter. We felt like we escaped when we came back. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was lovely. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The room was beautiful and luxurious. We didn’t have the breakfast (better value to eat elsewhere) but appreciated the water bottles. The hotel is two minutes from a Vaporetto stop so it is easy to get anywhere, but far enough from San Marco that it’s quiet and not too crowded with day tourists.

The location is perfect – on the quieter side of Venice. Our room was unbelievable – beautifully decorated, comfortable, and quiet – could not ask for anything more. The personal service was truly amazing – from the moment we arrived until we departed. Our train to Milan was cancelled due to a sudden strike. Fiore worked tirelessly to find us alternate transportation and ensure that we received a refund from the train company. We just cannot THANK him enough! He truly saved the day! Be sure to book the private transfer from and to the train station – it’s the only way to go! We cannot wait to return! If you are searching for the PERFECT hotel in Venice, look no further!

Had the most amazing experience at this hotel. My boyfriend and I spent a day and a half walking venice. We were greeted upon arrival with aperol spritz and snacks while the door man took our bags to our room. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. We returned to our room with a note with recommendations. The rooms are spacious and lovely and the hotel is beautiful. Great location walking distance to everything you would need to see in Venice.

We were welcomed with an aperitivo on the lovely living room while one of the staff brought our luggages up the stairs. The room was big and very comfortable. We had everything we need and more, like bottle of water everyday. The staff was extremely friendly and very smily. We felt really good during our stay.
