Great accommodation. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The room was a great size, loved the big bed! Highly recommend the Ramada Ballina.

The view was amazing

We didnt understand why there was only 2 levels of car spaces in the undercover parks when there are 6 levels of rooms? we struggled to get a park at all when we got back from our event, think it was last! Was there more we were not told about?

High winds impacted part of the building gutter /rook Eventually after clanging in the breeze all night if broke off and landed in the pool. The noise was horrific. Don’t know why I should pay 350 per night to be forced to spend most of the night on a lounge with a pillow over my head to quell the noise

Very Dated and not a lot of updating has happened. Was on 2nf floor and people walking outside were almost in the room. Would not stay there again

Easy place to stay for a night or two. Suggest booking a river view room. We really like this hotel but they need do something about the doors to suites as they slam shut and wake all those in nearby rooms. Also soft close cupboard doors and toilet lids as everything slams and echoes from other rooms.

The amenities were well-appointed, and there were plenty of towels, which were replaced daily. The receptionist kindly printed out a document I needed for a funeral. Overall, an excellent experience. As a suggestion, the doors were a bit too heavy, especially when handling luggage, and the wind gusted through the open corridors. Despite this, I would definitely stay there again.

The Riverview 1 bedroom suite is an excellent choice for this location as the sunset was beautiful and it has unreal river views. It was very quiet and convenient to plenty of restaurants. Our bed was superb and the room had everything included which you require for a very comfortable stay.

The staff here are all excellent at their jobs super helpful and professional. Bit of a bug issue at the moment that the staff did their best to fix (moths everywhere making it impossible to go onto the balcony) but otherwise another incredible stay. Our second time at this property and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Location facilities service

I’ve been staying at the Ramada in Ballina for years, and always loved it. Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as good this time. The other rooms close by were very noisy, the bed very hard and uncomfortable, and the room felt much smaller than the others I’ve stayed in there. I can highly recommend the pizza and pasta from La Cucina di Vino underneath the building and Belle General in East Ballina. If you’re lucky you’ll be able to see dolphins at the mouth of the river

Great location, great service and all facilities (convenience, food and entertainment) are very close by. If you need to stay in Ballina, this is the premium option.
