Family of 4 - 2 adults, a 5 year old and 1 year old. We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and was quite pleased with the layout and cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast options were ok, typical of what you would expect from a hotel.

Walkable distance to restaurants and entertainment. Friendly staff and the room is quite spacious and comfortable. Will visit again

Check in was Excellent, but check out was bizarre. Could not understand the person clearly. Breakfast was good but kept asking for thing, only one person but she gave great service.

Great location and rooms

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, nice included breakfast and a basketball hoop in the courtyard. Close to restaurants.

The hotel is well managed and spacious. Breakfast is quite healthy with chia seeds, fresh fruits, oat milk, and fresh cooked turkey (very rare in a hotel). Parking was super easy and the surrounding area offers plenty options for dining.

Every year I come here and love staying here. Costs could be a little lower.

I will admit i had a bad day and came in hot, was a bit rude so I apologize, but the room had moldy ac units and juat a general feel of not super clean. Those AC units need to be serviced or replaced. Service was amazing though, even though i was a dick at the start the staff were professional about everything.

Feels like home and they have a good spread for breakfast.

We stayed four days and three nights and they never cleaned our room. They said we told them not to disturb us on Saturday, which is not true. They said they don’t clean rooms on Sunday. We had to ask for clean towels and for the garbage and recycling to be emptied each day. We shouldn’t have to do that. Very disappointed.

I love the breakfast here. Everyday is a different menu. 😁 The place is close to everything. Nice property. I don't have any complaint. Happy with my stay!

HORRIBLE. My brand new car was almost stolen and was totally trashed. According to manager it happened “occasionally”. According to the Oakville Police, it happens regularly. I parked in their parking lot and the cameras do NOT cover all of the areas the guests need to park. UNACCEPTABLE. It is unlikely the police will be able to catch whoever did this. Horrible service and ruined my entire stay.

We checked in late night after a long day of traveling. We were greeted by Angelina with a smile and a wonderful surprise that we were upgraded to a suite. The room was absolutely perfect for us. The beds were luxurious and we all slept so well. We highly recommend this location!
