One of the nicest hotels by far in Laredo. Definitely will return.

No drinking water (water bottles) in room

There is a ton of work from the staff and cleaning crew to have the hotel in the best shape possible. Hot buffet is great in flavor and variety.

We stay there every time we’re in Laredo and they always do a really good job

No way to print out airline boarding passes, Weak water pressure at hand sink, Hot water at hand sink took exceptionally long to receive, Sulphur(?)odor from hand sink water faucet, Towel service spotty ( take 2, leave 1 ), Advertised bar/restaurant service misleading, Shower gel and conditioner were not readily available, disposable coffee cups were not replaced until last day of stay.

Room wasn’t ready at 3pm for check in, became available close to 6 pm No compensation or apologies given

The room was clean, everything was in working order. It was spacious and very comfortable. We had breakfast both days and the options were plenty and delicious. The staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the one working elevator - it did cause minor safety concerns.

One elevator didn’t work on all weekend, one time we did get to our floor trough the stairs
